Millie Moonflower
On the 28th of February we would of had Millie for a year. What a wonderful year :)
We first went to visit Millie, Mum, Benjamin and I. She was full of life and very bouncy, offcourse we couldnt resist. It had been seven months without Chelsea and Mum was ready for her new companion. About two or so weeks later it was time to go pick her up and bring her into our home, at just nine months old a great contrast from Chelsea's passing age of 15, we needed to take her from her loving home and make her feel just as loved cherised and wanted. Mum and I got in the car anxious and nervous but very ready to see her. It was a very hard and sad moment for her owners as they watched us drive away with her and very emotional for Mum and I as Millie jumped up paws on the back looking out the rear window watching them as we drove off, it really was time for a new beginning.
Finally we got home and the madness hasnt stopped Millie settled in lovely and offcourse gets ounce upon ounce of loving, kisses and cuddles. She is a major part of our family and loved greatly by everyone. Mum finally got her loving companion back, the kind which never stops loving you and is always there, something I know she missed greatly when Chelsea passed. But by no means has she been forgotten.
Millie Moonflower is the most delightful character she is timid, loving, happy and on occasion or two very flirty, especially with her boyfriend Lee :)
One of her traits is also being camera shy so Mum is very happy we have got some photos of her in action, without having to bribe her to look at the camera by using all kinds of different treats.
On that note I would like to share some snaps of her when we went walking in the snow, and although being slightly scared of the white stuff at first, she glided and bounced on it with utter beauty and grace, well the kind of grace only a Staffy can have.
